Since the 1990’s, Sun & Sun Group has been actively participating by direct investment and BOT mode of construction in major construction projects for the building of highways, power plants and other infrastructure development projects.  As the global energy demand is increasing and causing traditional energy sources to be expensive, Sun & Sun Group, besides being involved in the trade of oil products, will focus its investment on the development of new energy resources in the next 10 years.

Environmental

Contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for humanity

Sun & Sun Group recognises that water resource is the most important future challenge globally.  There is huge potential in market demand and investment for environmental protection of water resources.  Hence, Sun & Sun Group is actively involved in such environmental protection projects.  In addition, Sun & Sun Group is also looking into refuse management and gas pollution management.  In summary, Sun & Sun Group wishes to provide a safe and comfortable environment for humanity as its long term goal.

Under Sun & Sun Group’s management, Asia Silk Holdings Ltd. was listed on Singapore Stock Exchange in May 2005.

Industrialisation and urbanisation will be a major feature of economic development in China for the next few decades.  There exist huge markets and opportunities.  With the investment model created for “Suzhou-SingaporeIndustrial Park”, as well as “hardware” construction projects investment, Sun & Sun intends to use “software” resources and knowledge drawn from Singapore’s master planning, plot development, business facilities, estate management and parking management in its development to improve city image to align themselves with major cities in the world.

Tourism will be the rising industry in the world in the 21st century.  This is also a new growth area for Sun & Sun Group.  With its foresight, Sun & Sun has invested into a niche water entertainment project.  At the same time, it is currently investing in the development of an area of 1 sq. km on an island for vacation, properties, sports and spa activities in the same location as a comprehensive holiday resort.  In addition, Sun & Sun Group is currently planning to develop a chain of marine clubs in China.  Sun & Sun Group is also interested in acquiring existing tourist sites as part of its tourism development strategy.
